Alliance closes loan for purchase of a Country Inn and Suites in SC

Alliance is pleased to announce that we have successfully placed a loan for the purchase of a Country Inn and Suites located in SC. The borrower contacted Alliance looking to purchase a hotel in SC and Alliance was able to find a property that was just coming off of the market and put the seller and buyer together.

Alliance then reached out to an Alliance Lending Partner and was able to get the buyer approved for an SBA 7(a) loan to purchase the property and provide a working capital loan as well.
