Alliance closes a loan for Refinance of a Boutique Hotel

Alliance is pleased to announce that we have successfully placed a loan to refinance a Boutique Hotel in NC. The loan included paying off a private lender with some additional cash out for property improvements.

The loan was closed as an SBA 7(a) Loan.
