U.S. Hotel Performance for November 2024
WASHINGTON – 18 December 2024 – The U.S. hotel industry reported lower performance results from the previous month, according to November 2024 data from CoStar. CoStar is a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the property markets.
November 2024 (percentage change from November 2023):
- Occupancy: 59.4% (+1.7%)
- Average daily rate (ADR): US$152.70 (+0.9%)
- Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$90.66 (+2.5%)
Among the Top 25 Markets, New York City experienced the highest occupancy level (+3.1% to 86.6%).
Markets with the lowest occupancy for the month included Minneapolis (50.0%) and St. Louis (52.4%).
The Top 25 Markets showed higher occupancy and ADR than all other markets.
