Alliance Business Capital is pleased to announce that 
we have successfully placed another Hotel Loan with an Alliance Lending Partner.
This was for the purchase of an existing Ramada Inn with a purchase price of $6.3 Million and an additional $500K to meet a PIP required by the Franchisor.
Total Project was $6.8 Million and was funded as an SBA 504 Loan with an Interim Loan also being provided for completion of the PIP.
The property is located in Hanover, MD and was referred to Alliance by a Commercial Loan Broker.
