Alliance Business Capital is pleased to announce we have closed another loan for the purchase of an existing Econolodge Hotel located in Ormond Beach, FL.
The borrower had previous experience in owning Commercial Real Estate but this was their first venture into a Hospitality Property as well as being part of a Franchise.
Despite a few bumps in the road we were able to get an Alliance Lending Partner on board and have now successfully closed the transaction.
This loan was closed under the SBA 7(a) Loan Program.
