Alliance Business Capital is pleased to have assisted this borrower with the financing of a Springhill Suites, being rebranded to a Staybridge Suites, that they purchased through an online auction. They initially talked to several different lenders before choosing Alliance.
In addition to the purchase price of just over $6 Million we were also able to arrange a 2nd loan of just over $1.5 Million to complete the PIP associated with the brand change.
This deal was completed as an SBA 7(a) Loan with a Conventional 2nd Loan.
