Our History

Alliance Business Capital started in business in 2010 offering SBA and USDA B&I Loans on Commercial Real Estate located throughout the U.S. Prior to 2010 we were focused on Residential Mortgage Loans as Alliance Home Loans. Around 2007 we received our first referral from a third-party referral source seeking financing on a Hotel Property. 

Happily, we were successful in placing the Hotel with one of our Bank Lending Partners and since then our focus switched from Residential Mortgage Loans to Commercial Real Estate Loans, and more specifically Hotel Loans, and we haven’t looked back. 

We no longer offer Residential Mortgage Loans with our entire focus being on Commercial Real Estate and Small Business Financing.

Today Alliance Business Capital functions as a Commercial Loan Intermediary / Advisor on Commercial Real Estate Financing. We offer SBA Loans and USDA B&I Loans for a handful of Banks who fund the loans originated by Alliance. Alliance, for the most part, does not charge any origination fees on SBA or USDA B&I Loans over $500,000 as we are paid by our Bank Partners.  We do offer some paid services such as assisting in preparing a Business Plan or with Income and Expense Projections when needed. 

In addition to SBA and USDA B&I Loans we also have the ability to assist with a Bridge Loan, a CMBS Loan, a Conventional Loan, and Small Balance Commercial Real Estate Loans for Investors or Business Owners.

In addition to Commercial Real Estate Financing, we now also provide a wide variety of Business Loan Programs from $50K up to $1 Million. We have formed a business relationship with a leading financial services company to offer these Business Loans.
